We took two store bought Mahi-mahi fillets, rubbed them with Pampered Chef "Jamaican Jerk" rub and a bit of olive oil. Then, we tossed some fresh asparagus with olive oil and sesame seeds. Ian placed both the asparagus and fish in a grill basket contraption and set off to grill our yummy meal.
Meanwhile, I toasted some rice/vermicelli mix. (Rice a Roni)
In the end, we also added some Sister Schubert rolls...and let me just say.....DELICIOUS!

The asparagus was a bit charred. HOWEVER, I loved it. Its probably my favorite asparagus ever. Who needs french fries??!!
